Frequently asked questions

What does the engagement include?

Bookkeeping with bank reconciliation, payroll, VAT returns with the ESTV, the withholding tax statement with the cantonal tax offices, the annual accounts and the company’s tax return. You can contribute in the portal, for example with hours and expenses, but you don’t have to.

How do I hand in receipts?

Photograph them with the app, upload them online, send them by post or drop them off. Online you sort them per period into bank statements, expenses and income. Questions come in one batch.

How do I switch from my current accountant?

You give notice to your current accountant and have them complete the current year-end. Then you give us the last annual accounts, we take over the chart of accounts and balances, and from the next period you hand in your receipts to us.

How much does an engagement cost?

That depends on the scope, which we clarify in the free initial consultation. If you wish, we agree on a fixed price.

Which regions does ZUFISO cover?

SMEs across German-speaking Switzerland.

Do I have to submit the payroll reports myself?

No. In the engagement we submit all reports for you, to the AHV, pension fund, insurers and tax office.
